Christian is a highly motivated Indigenous Social Work professional with experience in gaining positive outcomes with clients and employers in appropriate time frames. His solution focused practice is aligned with the Australian Association of Social Workers core values and ethics, which maintain a track record in achieving high performance and standards.
Christian's practice framework incorporates a blend of culturally appropriate, anti-oppressive, strengths based, goal orientated and psychoanalytical theories. His strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills have proven ability to establish key relationships with a wide range of community stakeholders.
