I am a Wadjuck Noongar yorga from Perth Western Australia. First and foremost I am a mum to two beautiful yorga kulungars (girls). My passion and heart lie within ensuring culturally appropriate Aboriginal health and cultural content is delivered to undergraduate health professionals, knowledge is power.
My previous University teaching experiences has driven me to commence a Master of Philosophy degree in Indigenous higher education focusing on nursing curriculum. Successful completion of my research project will ensure I am able to have the educational backings to fulfill a rewarding career in Indigenous higher education among nursing courses.
