2017 Fellow

I am a descendant of the Wiradjuri people of central New South Wales. I have previously worked on biomedical research projects into communicable diseases that are highly prevalent in Indigenous Australian communities, at the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute and the Queensland Children’s Medical Research Institute.

I was a 2015-16 Roberta Sykes Scholar, completing an MPhil in Epidemiology at Clare College, University of Cambridge; and a 2016 Aurora intern with the Policy and Programs team at the Australian Indigenous Doctors Association. I have recently commenced a position with the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, working in the Hospitals, Resourcing and Classifications group.
